Who We Are

“Connecting the visionary minds of Lantau Island.”

Entrepreneurs of Lantau (EOL) was founded by Jo Lodder with a simple yet powerful vision: to create a dedicated sanctuary for those building businesses in the unique environment of Lantau Island.

Running a business on the island brings unique challenges and rewards. From logistics and talent acquisition to embracing the slower pace of coastal life, we share a common bond.

Our community is built on trust, vulnerability, and a commitment to mutual aid. We believe that when founders support each other, the entire island ecosystem thrives.
